Social Media and Email Campaigns

Background

I acted as if I were a social media specialist and used generative AI (Midjourney and ChatGPT) to handle social media promotions and communications. My project was split into two parts: running a social media campaign for a law firm, and an email campaign for a fast food chain.

Law Firm Social Media Posts

I acted as a social media specialist for a law firm that wanted to promote the quality of its services. I used Midjourney to generate a series of four images to advertise four facets of this fictional law firm: prestige, success, expertise, and filling a vacancy.

Post 1: Prestige

Prompt: Renaissance painting of a team of three lawyers in elegant business attire, sitting at a circular polished table, looking at the camera with gentle facial expressions. Two men, one woman, racial diversity. Blues and golds. --ar 4:3

Caption: Fantastic litigation is a classic that never goes out of style.

Post 2: Success

Prompt: A lawyer stands, in a power pose, in front of a massive golden trophy that towers behind her. The camera is angled up at her, and she looks down at the camera, hands on her hips. Raytracing. Purple overtones. --ar 4:3

Caption: With your case, we’re serious about winning. Big time.

Post 3: Expertise

Prompt: A lawyer stands before a small courthouse, turning his head over his shoulder to look into the camera. Greens and yellows. --ar 4:3

Caption: In the United States, about 95% of defendants fight their case in a state court. Need help navigating a case at this level? Give us a call.

Post 4: Filling a Vacancy

Prompt: A group of lawyers pose for a professional photo. One chair is empty, indicating a vacancy. Hyper-realistic. --ar 4:3

Note: editing in the vacancy in the form of a faceless person was done manually using Ibis Paint X.

Email Campaign for a Fast Food Chain

For this scenario, I imagined that I was in charge of drafting a series of emails designed to promote a fast food chain’s new items, discounts, and special events over the course of eight weeks. I used ChatGPT to write these emails and trained the software on what kind of output I want by guiding it with follow-up prompts when appropriate. The audience in mind is long-term, loyal customers in the U.S. in the middle class, and the campaign lasts for eight emails total.
